1. Heavens Jeans does not accept exchanges or refunds, except if the item is defective. This will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
2. Registered mail is HIGHLY recommended. Heavens Jeans will not be responsible for any items lost in transit.
3. Once payment has been made, items will be mailed out the next working day.
4. For payments received after 10pm, items will be posted out within 24-48 hours later.
5. All items have been carefully checked prior to listing. All items are NEW, unless otherwise stated.
6. Should there be any defect in the item received, please advise us via email us WITHIN 5 days from the date of postage. Otherwise, the item will considered as worn and NO action will be taken by Heavens Jeans.
7. All prices listed is for a single described item ONLY. All other accessories that are part of the photo is merely ornamental!
8. All postage fees are costed per purchased item.
9. Measurements may differ slightly from the actual item, and may vary from batch to batch.
10. The actual colors of items may differ slightly due to the different color display and capture capabilities of different cameras and the resulting resolutions of computer screens.
