Simply fill up the order form available at the bottom of our Heavens Jeans Blog Shop. Please make sure you fill in all the required fields.
Once you send us the order form, we will send out an order confirmation email within 24 hours.
Please make payment WITHIN 48 hrs after receiving our order confirmation email. Otherwise, the item will be given to the next waitlisted buyer.
